I´ve been separated from my husband for 15 months now, however he took our original marriage booklet with him back to Turkey and refuses to send me it to start proceedings.

Can anyone help me as to how i can get a certified copy of it..we did´nt register our marriage here in the UK. 

Without a certified copy i cannot start proceedings as the court will not accept my photocopied one.

Why not you try to contact with Didim municipality directly to their email. They will tell you the procedure...
