I have some problems trying to understand how to use this suffixes. For example, in this sentences we could swap them and they have more or less the same meaning i guess:

-Eve gidince ödevi yaptim.

-Eve gittiğim zaman ödevi yaptim.

But in this sentences someone told me it doesn´t work:

-Derse girince saat 10.30´du.

-Derse girdiğimde saat 10.30´du.

 I would like to know exactly in wich situations can i use one or the other or maybe both and also if i can use all tenses with them or not, i mean the basics, present, past and future.

No it doesn´t. You need to specify an action which follows (or dependant on) the action specified by -ince. Try to use this formulation

V+ince = upon V+ing

Eve gidince ödevi yaptim = Upon arriving home, I did my homework

Eve gittiğim zaman ödevi yaptim = When/After I arrived home, I did my homework

Derse girince saat 10.30´du = Upon entering class, it was 10:30 (doesn´t sound ok in English either, does it?)

Derse girdiğimde saat 10.30´du = When I entered class, it was 10:30

Well still hard to understand, but maybe is because i never use this "upon" word when i speak in english. My english is no good enough. Also when i translated to spanish wich is my native language both of them make sense. I´ll try to get some more examples and read more, it is always the best solution.
