Let me start by naming mine:

Assos: pristine water, rich history, secluded beach.  You feel completely isolated from the hassles of the world outside. Watch out the sea urchins though.

The air in Assos is very rich in oxygene and is very clean. That combined with the meals prepared with the endemic herbs and spices brought from the hills in the vicinity produce a therapeutic effect. You certainly feel better when leaving Assos at the end of your holiday.

Once we joined a group of friends and put up tents in a designated area somewhere along the dirt road stretching through the cove. It was a bare-bones holiday experience. If you have a busy brain like me, you will like this place. It provides an ideal setting for putting all your thoughts behind. If you go for the cheap tent holiday don´t forget your mosquito repellent lotion.

I haven´t been to enough areas to be able to judge fairly.

Last year I decided to go to the Nevşehir area, in the height of summer.  I was worrying about the heat but, because of the altitude, I didn´t need aircon in my hotel room at all.  It was lovely.

A trip I would really like to make is a drive along the Black Sea coastline, but I´m not sure I´ll ever get the opportunity.

ISTANBUL....Since the first time I set foot in this city, I was in love.  It is Istanbul´s history that keeps me going back (and the food, shopping, people...did I mention the food?).  Of course I love the beautiful beaches and the fabulous countryside, but nowhere has my heart like Istanbul.

So many flights were to Dalaman from Katowice airport (Poland). Every hour yesterday Monday afternoon. Strange. It is so unusual. Plus its more often than the flights to London. {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

My favourite destination is where I am right now in the Fethiye-Ölü Deniz area. I spent a few days in Istanbul 2 years ago but only saw a small part of it so cannot judge.

It has to Cappadocia!  The most amazing place I have ever been to, closely followed by Olu Deniz, and then Kackar Mountains.  Istanbul for me is not a holiday destination but a long weekend destination.  I have a desire to go to Saffronbolu, not sure why but I will get there one day.
