Heights, definitely. I cant look down from the balcony. And I yell at kids who try to look down from the window. Stairs scare me, always walk closer the wall. Is it a 9/11 effect?

When I was a child I had no fear maybe except for darkness. I fearlessly walked on roofs, climbed trees. I remember as students we would climb on the roofs of 10 storied blocks at night with our guitars and sing and tell jokes all night. Fabulous times!

Numbers! Maths!

Are you afraid of Math?{#emotions_dlg.confused}

My phobia is a little bit complex. I am afraid of losing my control. It represents itself in many forms. When i am in a balcony, i am afraid of jumping from it. When i am in an exam, i am afraid of tearing my paper, when i am in a bus, i am afraid of screaming, I have lived my life as i am in a nightmare. I am good now but i want to be better. Please pray for me. (My best friends medicines dont know how to pray.)

I have this similar feeling from time to time as well. But hopefully it does not happen that often and I can manage it.

i am as well afraid of doing weird things like you said jumping down while I am at a high place, when with a person on an official level slapping or insulting that person, or screaming in a public official place, hurting/killing my pet even if i do not want all these at all and I am not a violent person. other than this what I feel more often, I am afraid of the suffer that I will have to go through when I´ll lose my loved ones. sometimes i try to suffer now imagining the moment believing that it will lessen the suffer I´ll go through when it really happens.

i can understand you even if these do not affect my life a lot.
