Greetings,
You are going to Turgutlu. Turgutlu is a district of Manisa which is a neighbor city of İzmir. It is close enough to İzmir to visit the city and to come back the same day. I think the journey between İzmir and Turgutlu would take 90 minutes. There is also a historical place called "sardis" (sart) which is near Turgutlu. Check pictures below. I have marked this place with blue on the Route Map (further below).

Your journey looks good except that you could consider skipping Bursa and spending more time in Istanbul or somewhere else. Maybe you could visit Gelibolu after Çanakkale and then go directly to İstanbul. Another problem with the destinations is that most are all historical places. You could consider spending some time on some nice seasides. I have marked Ayvalık on the map which is between Assos (Behramkale) and Troy (Truva). You can find pictures of Ayvalık on the same website or just click here:

The best way to travel is by bus. Railways in Turkia are a pain in the neck. They are too slow and to most destinations there is no railway. Traveling by sea is also not common even when it is between coastline towns. In fact some of yours are on coastline such as Ayvalık, Assos, Truva, Çanakkale. We Turks unfortunately don't understand anything from public transport but yet nobody seems to complain.

I don't know the travel costs to most of your journeys. Çanakkale to Bursa is 22 YTL with the firm Kamilkoç which is a good one.
http://www.kamilkoc.com.tr/
To smaller destinations operating only smaller firms and I don't think they have websites. If you were going from İzmir to Ayvalık you would pay 11 YTL. Before you travel you need to find out if there is in fact a bus between Bergama and Assos also between Assos and Truva. I'm not sure there is. Other journeys are not a problem. Hotels should be 50 YTL per night. The tour shown below should be around 400 YTL in total which is 150 YTL for travel plus 250 YTL for accommodation. In Assos you won't have many options for hotels. I think there are only 4 or 5 places to stay. In Ayvalık on the other hand there are countless places. It is always better to choose popular touristic places to stay overnight. Notice that Çanakkale and Bursa centrals are not popular places for tourists and you might have difficulty finding a good place to stay. The cheap places won't be designed for tourists. They will be too crap and unsecure.

Day 1:
1. Turgutlu to İzmir
2. İzmir to Pergamum (Bergama)
(Overnight in Bergama. Here you could consider going to Ayvalık and staying the night there which will be nicer in my opinion.)

Day 2:
3. Pergamum to Assos (Behramkale)
(Overnight in Behramkale. I think it's a good idea to stay the night here. Staying in Truva is a much worse idea. I don't think there are any good places in Truva if there are any. It's a too tiny place.)

Day 3
4. Assos to Troy (Truva)
5. Troy to Çanakkale
(Overnight in Çanakkale.)

Day 4
6. Çanakkale to Bursa
(overnight in Bursa)

Day 5
7. Bursa to İstanbul
(overnight in İstanbul)

oh thank you so much for your information!!!!!
teşekkür ederim

no I will not stay in Turgutlu, but in village Turgut (near Yatagan, province Mugla)...Turgut is ancient site Lagina (near Stratonikeia)...but it is not important because after 2 weeks spent here I will start myself in Izmir.
I know Sardis...of course I would like to visit it, but i cant during these trip...I hope next time

I was thinking about visit Bursa just becasue...I thought it could be easier way to find bus from Canakkale to Bursa...because both are bigger cities...and then when I will be in Bursa...I want just to see some places...not spend long time and then go directly to Yalova

I want to spend more time in Istanbul...but I cant go through Gelibolu, because I need to go to Yalova and from this by ferry (or boat) to part of Istanbul called Pendik...one my friend lives here...and I cant wait to see her so I will be running fast to Pendik

evet...all these places are historical...becaause Im student of classical archeology so I like so much places like this...that is why I dont search for some sea but thanks also for your tip about Ayvalik
I was thinking also about Assos....but no time...but I have reason for next visiting this beautiful country

is it dangerous sleep somewhere without hotel?...I think somewhere just under night sky, maybe tent...

but one more time...Thanks for everything

Ayvalik is not that interesting in my opinion and I am an Ayvalik expert! There are some nice old Greek buildings there but not ancient. There are some nice old Greek churches some of which have been converted to mosques, but again they are not particularly ancient or especially beautiful.

From a seaside point of view, Ayvalik is a fishing town, there are no beaches, the sea front is quite nice, but it is mainly for fishing boats and traders. There are some nice cafes. In the summer it is geared up towards Turkish tourists who come for the boat trips and the fish restaurants, it is famous across Turkey for its good fish. For a good beach (a really good beach by Turkish standards) Sarımsaklı is a 5 minute dolmuş ride away. This is also mainly catering for Turkish and some Eastern European tourists. It has lots of nice touristy shopping and is very cheap!

From Ayvalik you can get a dolmuş to the island of Cunda, which again has some nice Greek buildings and churches, but again not ancient, just old. They were all left over from the Greek occupation of Ayvalik in the last century. They sell lots of really great (and cheap) locally made beaded jewellery, which I can never get enough of when I go there.

Enjoy your trip (well of course you will! lol)
