This is a Goldwing!  There are clubs for these people who ride these bikes and the Turkish and Greeks meet up in Thassos every year and show off their big machines

Last-ditch winner helps Galatasaray stay alive

Topaloğlu was optimistic that Galatasaray has what is needed to take the series to Game 7.

Topaloğlu was optimistic that Galatasaray has what is needed to take the series to Game 7.

A crucial last-second shot by Joshua Shipp helped Galatasaray Cafe Crown stave off elimination in the Beko Basketball League playoff final series against Fenerbahçe Ülker.

Shipp sank a shot with only a second left in the game as Galatasaray took a 72-71 win over its archrival and clawed one point back. Fenerbahçe still has the upper hand in the series, but Galatasaray will have a shot at equalizing the best-of-seven series when Game 6 takes place on its home court, Abdi İpekçi Arena, on Friday.

According to the Turkish Basketball Federation ruling, no away fans are allowed in the courts during the final series, mostly due to the hostile environment created by the rivalry of the two clubs.

I think most people just tend to lump people together in groups...Middle Eastern, European, Asian, African and don´t use or know correct terminology.  I am not sure that it is done purposefully but I am certainly guilty of it at times.  Many people call my husband an Arab, sometimes a Mexican because of his dark complexion.  He has even been asked if he is Italian...lol

None of the opposition parties who attacked the government because of the tape’s release did so because the government was in contact with the PKK.

Actually one would have expected a harsh reaction from the Nationalist Movement Party, or MHP, whose typical line would be about the “blood of the martyrs.” Instead, two top hawkish party officials said in a press conference that it was probably the PKK who leaked the tape in order to stop the ruling Justice and Development Party, or AK Parti, government from carrying out a cross-border operation against PKK camps in Iraq. The MHP declared support for the government in conducting more actions against the PKK.

It is understood that the MİT talks with the PKK were a secret that everybody knew.

Greetings Sister,

Can you disclose the algo that turns si++ into --Ice?

In the absence of a reply from Lemon I have sought to answer this complicated question.  I can only conclude that Lemon has looked into the chemical mineral data and concluded that you are ice:-

It all makes sense....

  • no cleaveage (of course, you are a man),
  • Colourless? That´s just mean.
  • Transparent?  Hmmm maybe a little.
  • Brittle?  Maybe if something unpleasant is said about the mother country.
  • Coarse?  Hmmmmm a bit harsh I think.  You seem quite charming
  • Massive?  I have not seen a picture of you so cannot comment.
  • Dendritic branching growths?  Hmmmm again, I have not seen a picture....
  • Lustre?  Dull

In summary, this is NOT a compliment Si++.  I think you should forget about Lemon and love me only {#emotions_dlg.owned}

Physical Properties of Ice

Help on Cleavage: Cleavage: None
Help on Color: Color: Colorless, Pale blue, Greenish blue, White.
Help on Density: Density: 0.9167
Help on Diaphaneity: Diaphaneity: Transparent
Help on Fracture: Fracture: Brittle - Conchoidal - Very brittle fracture producing small, conchoidal fragments.
Help on Habit: Habit: Crystalline - Coarse - Occurs as well-formed coarse sized crystals.
Help on Habit: Habit: Dendritic - Branching "tree-like" growths of great complexity (e.g. pyrolusite).
Help on Habit: Habit: Massive - Granular - Common texture observed in granite and other igneous rock.
Help on Hardness: Hardness: 2.5 - Finger Nail
Help on Luminescence: Luminescence: Non-fluorescent.
Help on Luster: Luster: Vitreous - Dull
Help on Streak: Streak: white

I have no interest in learning Turkish, but thank you for asking

I thought "off topic" was just that - for fun discussions, for anything NOT to do with Turkey?!  Lighten up and avoid the "off topic" section if a bit of fun bothers you so much!!!

My dear si-- Why are you so concerned with how others fill their time?  Does your constant posting on TC...which makes you one of the top posters these days....not give you enough to fill your idle time? {#emotions_dlg.unsure}

Emoticons are funny si.  You should really try to lighten up and really....don´t be such a hypocrite.  It´s not very "adult" of you to question my contributions to this forum and make fun of me.

As for said contributions, I happen to think my posts are very useful.  It´s really all in the interpretation isn´t it.  I would much rather read something from someone who is funny, or who stands up for women´s rights than something from someone who cuts and pastes articles and has zero sense of humor.

Your own thread here is a great example....I see no use in you telling everyone how many people have registered in the last few days or that you notice someone has come back after being away for a while.  However, I would never say that it is not useful to someone else.  Perhaps others are riveted by this type of information.  It really is all just a matter of taste.

And what you like and do not like is not of concern to me.  I am not here for your pleasure or for what your understanding of what this forum should be.  I am here for my own reasons and if you choose to think badly of me....well that is just your problem.

I won´t be kowtowed and pushed from writing what I choose because you did not "solicit" my opinion.
