Hi I was wondering if anyone knows about or has any experience  in applying under Ankara Agreement from Turkey. My friend is a 32 year old Turkish male national. He is currently working as a Managaer in a 5 star hotel. He has worked for the past 15 years and saved his money. Now he is in a position to buy a business of his own and has heard about Ankara Agreement which gives Turks living outside the Uk the right to apply to set up business within the Uk. However we have no idea on as to how he can do this, can he buy a business thats already established?  How much in funds does he need ? He has around £25.000 in cash and a plot of land that he would be willing to sell. He is intrested in buying a kebab shop here, a cafe or setting up his own car washing business. If anyone knows more about this I would be grateful for your help. Thank you
