En çok nefret ettiğin kişinin rüyada hasta olduğunu görürsen, bu senin onu dost edineceğin anlamına gelir.
kişinin (noun) olduğu = one´s being (noun)
Now, let´s try to understand it by the help of an easy example of the same type.
Ali-nin ev-i = Ali´s house
kişi-nin olduğ-u
As you may see the two examples are formed by the same way (A+nın B+ı .. and if you really want to learn Turkish you must know all about this type of compounds as they are more widely used than you can ever guess.
sevgi-nin bedel-i, o-nun geliş-i, kitab-ın son-u, yol-un baş-ı, kim-in verdiğ-i, bu-nun irdelenme-si, yumurta-nın ak-ı, ödeme süresi-nin başlangıc-ı, etc.
En çok nefret ettiğin kişinin rüyanda hasta olduğunu görürsen (rüyada should be rüyanda)
=> If you see (the person that you hate most)´s being ill in your dream.
