I think the sentence relevant about the bus, thats why we can traslate like this " kaçırmayabilirsin"

I think "it" refers to the bus stop [otobüs durağı] from the previous sentence.
We say ´you can´t miss it", when something you are looking for will be very obvious when you get closer. Like ´you cannot miss seeing it´ or ´you will definitely see it´

EG:Where is the next bus stop? ---> Sonraki otobüs durağı nerede?
The translations are often incorrect or altogether wrong but this one looks quite sensible to me. I use googletranslate as my first lead.
