Thanks a lot ya nefertiti for the links {#emotions_dlg.bigsmile}

I really appreciate your help... but I wish I could find Turkish subtitle instead of the English one {#emotions_dlg.confused}

It seems like it would be difficult to find something like that {#emotions_dlg.head_bang}

I don’t know if this helps but I have found some useful things to listen in Learning Turkish Online by Özgür Pala

http://babel.uoregon.edu/ylc/selfstudy/turkish/lessons/

No movies, but clips from TV programs with complete text added. Probably you will see them in one day, zizoo, but it is something to start with.

In many countries there are TV programs with subtitles in the local language ment for special groups of people like learners or the deaf. I don’t know how to look for something like that but maybe one of the natives can help you.

Thank you very much Abla for the link. it has very useful tools for learning {#emotions_dlg.bigsmile}

but I´m afraid I couldn´t find those clips with text, I only found clips of TV programs in the ´Advanced´ section but without subtitle.

If you could send me a direct link to those clips you meant, I would be so grateful.

By the way I´ve seen some of your translations on the forum, your Turkish looks great (maşallah . Do you study Turkish at the university or something?

Anyway, keep up the good work and thanks again for your help.

Now, I will try to write the same reply in Turkish. I would be grateful if you could reveiw it and tell me your comments (natives are wlecomed also tabii )

University? You must be joking, zizoo.

All I can say about your text is that your Turkish is far better than mine. I wish one of the teachers would see it for you.

My guess is that your mum or dad is a Turk.

The page I recommended...I don´t know what happened. I checked it, of course, before I posted but now it doesn´t seem to open at all. Hopefully it is a temporary disorder because there was really some nice material there. I didn´t say there were subtitles. There was a translitterated text which you can open at the same time with the clip. I remember you can´t find it on the front page. You have to open the lessons and dig a little bit. If I can open the site again I will send some more information, ok?

Well, you must be a talent, zizoo.

I was in Turkey twenty years ago and I don´t know a single Turk.

And by the way, I am not Egyptian.

similarly i used to watch english movies with english subs.

here is my method. i find good movies with english subtitle available. in this case you should find turkish movies with turkish subtitle available. check: http://divxplanet.com/altyazi/

then after finding subtitle i find the movie in divx format and download it. visit torrent sharing sites and install utorrent program in order to download. http://thepiratebay.se/

in the end i put the movie and subtitle side by side and watch it in the target subtitle. it might be any language whatever you want to read and hear.

attention: fps (frame per second) should be same with movie and subtitle. prefer single part movies, i mean one movie and one subtitle containing the whole movie.

This is production company´s website:

http://www.ayyapim.tv/yapimlarimiz-a-13.html

This is the page for Al Yazmalim on their site:

http://ayyapim.tv/al-yazmalim-60-131.html

And in that page there is a YouTube link.

Not so sure about subtitles though.

Ignore this if you have already been there.
