There are a few good pop songs but this doesnt change the fact it sucks.

I am partial to Rafet El Roman at the moment, downloaded his whole discographie, yes I know gokuyum it´s not rock music but I´m working my way to Turkish rock but I cannot set asside AC/DC, Black Sabath, Judas Priest, Scorpion, Thin Lizzy oh and Rush, Alice Cooper, Queensryche and on and on and on, I just dated myself with those bands {#emotions_dlg.bigsmile}

The link doesn´t work for me. As for rock music, there seems to be a large variety of it.

My taste in music is pretty eclectic, I love Moğollar (Cahit Berkey), Tarkan, Bulent Ersoy, Gokhan Kirdar, Sertab Erener, Zeki Müren, Bariş Aksaru, Bariş Manço, Sezen Aksu, Arif Sağ, Ahmet Özhan, Kazim Koyuncu, Cem Karaca, Aşik Veysel, Selda Bağcan....the list could go on and on...but you get the picture. Turkey has a huge tradition to draw from and does so very well. Exactly how Moğollar us "rock" is confusing to me. They sound very Turkish and have fused the traditional with modern perfectly for my taste.

Hello, I´ve checked some radio stations that you can listen to Turkish Rock, and I found this website: http://www.rockonair.com/

Other than this, you can also use tunein on your phone to listen various type of Turkish radio stations, or on your computer. I hopw this will help you.

Also I wanted to add my fav. radio list:

- Radyo ODTU

- Radyo Hacettepe

- Radyo Eksen

- Standart FM

etc. You can either search them on google, or you can use tunein program to find Turkish radio stations. there´s options for choosing the language.

----

edit: I also wanted to mention you some really good Turkish bands, maybe you would like to listen them.

- Kurban

- Malt

- Athena

- Rashit

- Manga

- Mavi Sakal

- Panik

well i hope this would also hep you~~
