 Inscrutable, do you want to say " Last night my sister bought a doll ? " , if so , then your vocabularies are right but  the "order "is not quite right.

As you know the word order in Turkish  : SOV

                     Subject          Object            Verb

    Dün gece     Kızkardeşim    bir kız bebek      aldı.

Will we translate "My sister bought baby doll last night." sentence or will we correct your translate like "Kızkardeşim, dün gece oyuncak bebek aldı". I didnt understand...

Actually " oyuncak kız bebek " is better translation as Harpoon did.

Unless he wanted to say ´my sister had a baby girl last night´

Dün gece kizkardeşim bebek doğurdu.   ???

(had = gave birth to)

 Dün gece kızkardeşim bir kız bebek doğurdu.               OR

 Dün gece kızkardeşimin bir kız bebeği oldu.
