Hello Turkishtutorman - I hope you don´t mind, I took a liberty of adding turkish letters to your translations:

1. What does Mehmet´s father say Mehmet should do from now on?

Mehmet´in babası, Mehmet şuandan itibaren ne yapmalı konusunda ne dedi?

2. Since you got your driver´s licence, we can drive around as much as we want to.

Ehliyetini aldığından beri, sürmek istediğimiz kadar araba sürüyoruz.

3. I didn´t want to disturb you since you were studying when I came.

Geldiğimde, ders çalıştığın andan itibaren seni rahatsız etmek istemedim.

4. I´ll pay the rent after I get my salary.

Maaşimi aldıktan sonra kirayı ödeyeceğim

5. Despite being very tired, we couldn´t sleep calmly.

Çok yorgun olmamıza rağmen rahat uyuyamadık.

6. Despite coming there on time, they didn´t wait for us.

Zamanında orada olmamıza (question -> could it be replaced with "gelmemize"?) rağmen, bizi beklemediler.

7. In case you´re late, turn to the girl who´s working on the cash register.

Gecikmen durumunda, yazarkasada çalışan kıza devret.

I also have a question about third sentence. I think that "since" in that sentence has the same meaning as "because" - in this case, do you think it could be translated this way?

Geldiğimde ders çalıştığın için seni rahatsız etmek istemedim.

And one more question - about "devret" in the last sentence. I think that the meaning of "turn to" in that sentence is something like "go to this girl to ask for help" or just "go to this girl, she is expecting you / i told her you will come, and she will now how to help you". Can word "devretmek" be used in this meaning ?

I hope you dont mind me doing a little correction Turkishtutorman.

2. Since you got your driver´s licence, we can drive around as much as we want to.

since z. (edat)., (bağlaç o zamandan beri; ondan sonra; sonradan; çok evvel, çoktan beri; (edat). -den beri, olalı, edeli; -den sonra; (bağlaç. -den beri; -dan dolayı; çünkü, mademki.

In this case "since" was used as  "mademki"

therefore the sentence should be ;

"Mademki ehliyetini aldın istediğimiz kadar arabayla gezebiliriz."    Or

" Ehliyetini  aldığına göre  istediğimiz kadar arabayla gezebiliriz."

In this sentence "since" means " "because" so the sentence should be ;

3. I didn´t want to disturb you since you were studying when I came.

Seni rahatsız etmek istemedim. Çünkü [Zira] geldiğimde çalışıyordun.

Tomac´s translation of that particular sentence is good too.

Geldiğimde ders çalıştığın için seni rahatsız etmek istemedim.
