From England´s biggest bookshops, Waterstones,

(Waterstones) has entered (into an agreement) in collabaratıon with online book selling giant Amazon,  

and wasn´t able to remain without joining in view of the unstoppable increase of electronic books.

Basically, Waterstones has signed an agreement with Amazon to sell E-books for Kindles (electronic pads for reading books, that save printing and paper costs)

I´m not sure how much Turkish (or English) you know, but the section you picked is not simple for beginners. Hopefully you are an intermediate learner or better, so that you know basic Turkish sentence structures, and you are developing your understanding of more complex sentences.

For 30 years in numerous English cities there are branches of Waterhouse (bookstores), and  yesterday it would be heard ´officially´ that Waterhouse will start to sell electronic books and e-book reading devices.
