I´m really confused by so common use of "de", I really don´t get its meaning at a context most of the times. Also, I´m a bit worried why the author started his statement with English words ;D Anyway, my attempt:

"Next 100 years Europe´s two super powers (described) in their books (will be) other than Turkey and Poland, also Japan. If I´m not wrong, the USA and Japan or(?) against also allied."

Correct the translation and explain to me the use of "da" and "ya" in the last sentence, please

What does the expression "diğeri de" mean?

What´s the difference between diğer and diğeri for "other"?

A very important difference is that diğer is an adjective and the POSS form diğer|i is a pronoun which you can decline as you like (after adding the pronominal -n- of course). I think the reason for the POSS in your sentence is the genetive structure

                               Avrupa´nın diğeri ´other than Europe´

but I´m not sure. Why couldn´t it as well be

                              Türkiye ve Polonya´nın diğeri ´other than T and P´ ?

Turkish is not complicated language. Explain is simple;

Diğer = Other

Diğeri = Another
