Don´t forget: for winning a great vitality is needed but for losing just a momentary neglectance is enough.

Maybe it wont be one by one, because it´s a little bit hard sentence to translate. My attempt; 

Who has done (bad things), its for him/her. (Because of that thing), his/her punish will find him/her and s/he will get it.

Do not forget, You need a long life for win, but you need a moment for loose.
