hello. would someone help me a bit please?

i was just wondering.. if someone asks me how was my day, i would say "iyi, seninler?" / "good, yours?"

is it right to add -ler to senin? or its wrong, i should just normally, always use "senin" when im saying your or yours..

thanks

No, I don´t think using "senin" in plural would be appropriate here.

I´d rather say "iyiydi, (ya) senin?"

However, I think senin could be used in plural in another case - if you want to say for example: "I like the things which are yours": Seninleri beğeniyorum, but I´m only a learner, so I may be wrong... or maybe "seninkileri", I´m really not sure about this one, you should wait for a native Turk to answer

Lets make an imaginary conversation between two Turks relating the subject ;

- Selam

- Aleykum Selam [ or just selam]

- Nasılsım ? [ it can also be heard as "Nassın" ]

- iyilik, sağlık.

- Sen nasılsın ?

- Benden de iyilik

- Günün nasıldı ? [ Or ; Günün nasıl geçti ? ] ---> Note that this phrase is more like western style question as far as I witnessed in my life..i mean i dont hear that alot. Instead We would say " Nasıl gidiyor"  or " Naptın bugün ? " [ Ne yaptın bugün?]

- iyiydi [ answer to Günün nasıldı ? ]

  iyi gidiyor [ answer to " Nasıl gidiyor " [ how is it going ? [how is things in your life going?]

- " Seninki ? " Senin ?  " --> answer to "Günün nasıldı ? " , ---> Dont forget, the answers can be different from person to person..I mean each Turk is almost using different fixed phrases, answers...Some might say just "senin ?" , some " seninki" . But none of us would say "seninler" as that doesnt make sense.
