Hello!

Quote:

O zamanlar bizim dağ başına kar yağmıştı...
Doğudaki gibi günlerce okula gidemeyince Ebrarla fotoğraflaştık napalım.

My attempt:

Those days it has snowed to the our top of mountain... Like the one in the east day after day as we didn´t go to school, we took pictures of each other with Ebrar napalım(?).

I have two question to this statement:

*Is it allowed (in slang Turkish for example) to use "bizim" without corresponding noun         with -imiz suffix? Shouldn´t "bizim dağ başına" be "bizim dağ başımıza"?

*What does the word "napalım" mean? I also tried to seach for "napal" and "napalı" and I     can´t find them in any dictionary...

Thank you for help! I should´ve known it was "ne yapalım" {#emotions_dlg.doh}

Just one more thing,

What do you think about the construction: "bizim dağ başına kar yağmıştı"

Wouldn´t bizim dağ başımıza kar yağmıştı be more correct?

bizim dağ başımıza kar yağmıştı

"bizim dağ başına kar yağmıştı" is correct.

i dont know exacly why but i have some guess.

"bizim" here means we are familiar to, we are talking about the same thing but not really own it.

"dağ başı" is gramatically noun completion, i think it is related to this subject. if someone explains why it is not possible, i´ll be glad too
