How to say " I am feeling / I feel .... " etc. in Turkish

hisset = feel

However, if you want to say : I feel / I am feeling tired, you often have to use the reflexive case of the verb "feel". That is to say, in Turkish people usually say : I am feeling MYSELF tired. How are you feeling YOURSELF ? etc.

hisset = feel [the last consonant of the verb hisset, which is "t" , changes to "d" whenever it´s followed by a suffix that begins with a vowel.

kendimi = myself (=accusative form of kendim)

KENDİMİ kötü hissediyorum = I feel bad.

Kendimi iyi hissetmiyorum = I don´t feel / I´m not feeling well/OK/good.

Bugün kendini nasıl hissediyorsun ? = How are you feeling today ?
Bugün kendimi daha iyi hissediyorum. = I´m feeling / I feel better today.

Bugün kendimi ÇOK daha iyi hissediyorum = I feel much better today.

Note : kendini = yourself ( accusative form of kendin, which means yourself)

Another example :

Kendimi suçlu hissediyorum = I feel guilty.

Very useful, but why don´t you just copy it here, or link it, so we just click on it.
