there was once an officer who had plenty of money and always bought beautiful clothes,but he was pruod of his boots than of anything else that he wore.

(bir zamanlar) bir polis varmış ki parası bol, sürece güzel elbiseler satın alan. ama o, giyndiği  başka her şeyden , çizmeleriyle gurur duyuyordu.

Tall and complicated?? Is "it" also tanned and has sunglasses? It´s probably a DUDU then!

What sort of officer? Police, military?

i dont know its just the story and they didnt tell within he was a plice or military

officer doesn´t have to be a police officer. He could be an army officer (subay)
