10 Turkish universities are among the top 500 universities in the world, according to a report by the University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP) Research Laboratory.

Istanbul University, Ankara University, Middle East Technical University, Hacettepe University, Gazi University, Ege University, Bilkent University, Istanbul Technical University, Bogazici University and Sabanci University are the Turkish universities ranked in the top universities in the world.
University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP) Research Laboratory was established at Informatics Institute of Middle East Technical University in 2009. Main objective of URAP is to develop a ranking system for the world universities based on academic performances which determined by quality and quantity of scholarly publications. In line with this objective yearly World Ranking of 2000 Higher Education Institutions have been released since 2010.

This makes sense only when you don´t take into account the fact that 10 years ago they were alredy in the 300´s and dropped from the list thanks to the mastery of our government.

They barely qualify for the first 500 now and this is great news for our independent media.

This is yet another proof that deceit has entered all spheres of our lives.
