Couldn´t we just see it as a result of the Turkish enthusiasm to change everything into nouns?

Do you really feel it is an adverb here?

I do really feel that they are adverb as they effect and modify the predicates [vakit and geç olmak] in terms of information [gece] and time [yarın].
