´Don´t you care that ´name´ is married.  Don´t you feel any guilt for what you are doing to his wife?  There are names for people like you.....not very nice names´

"Name"´in evli olduğunu umursamıyor musun ? Eşine yaptıklarından dolayı hiç suçluluk hissetmiyor musun ? Senin gibi insanların bir ismi var (ve) o/bu iyi/güzel bir isim değil. ( or senin gibi insanlar iyi bir isimle anılmazlar.)
