Please could you explain to me the right translation of this expression

 

belalım (with no context, just after the bayramlar wish )

 

does it mean - I am worried or my troublemaker or what?

Belalım is used to call someone who is kinda demanding, but you would not get angry on the One, because you like the One and yet you like to deal with the One´s demands. So, it s such a nice thing 

- More info: Belalım is kinda word that is used by people who listen arabesque music in Turkey, because that word was really on thanks to an arabesque singer, Mahsun Kırmızıgül, he has a song called "Belalım"(you may wanna check out the song here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IX4nmx2xKXY) once upon a time, and as the time passed this word reanimated by the young people in a fun way, so most of the people are now using this word in a mean that I ve explained as first.
