Yes, this still seems to be a problem. Seemingly, I have had no messages coming in for days (dostlar, send me a message!). And I have tried to send out a message three times in recent days to the same person, and because there is no reply, I am thinking my message is not going through.

i have a problem with the dictionary, it says "could not record query"

normally it does this when i make spelling mistakes, ie oglan instead of oğlan

can anyone fix it? or is it a trick to make us learners spell better

The problems with the PM outboxes and the dictionary error should be resolved now. Thanks for letting us know about these. 

PS. Gokuyum´s problem is still unresolved
