Picture above shows the exact location of THYMUS GLAND.

Thymus gland urges the proper working of our immune system and also controls ups and downs of our physicological moods.

It seems that small vibrations make this gland work better.

It is no coicidence that Middle Eastern people tend to beat their chests when in grief or mourning; this act is known to help release stress and make people feel better. Notice also that people from the same area salute their friends (a frequent ritual thru the day) with a slight tap of right palm on thier chests. A nicer way to help the thymus gland may be frequently laughing out loud or occassionally tapping your chest lightly with your fingers; both will provide the necessary extra vibration.

I write poems,

I sell my poems to get antiques,

I then give away the antiques for some music,

I wish I were a goldfish, in a rakı bottle.

Those who know Oriental dancing say joy lives in approximately this place. When we are sad we tend to pull our shoulders to the front and hide this point of joy. It might work to the opposite direction also: stomach in chest out and you will feel better.

It seems it doesn´t help them a lot.
