Selam! If you are interested in seeing the Turkish Embassy in Washington, D.C., I invite you to visit my user profile, where I have posted some pictures. (Didn´t know how to post a photo in a forum thread. Sorry.) The building is fairly new -- it was completed in 1999 -- but it evokes traditional Turkish architecture. I think it is beautiful!

I have also included pictures of the ambassador´s residence, which is a few blocks down the street, and of the Islamic Center, which is right next door to the embassy.

Whenever I drive by these buildings, I think of my friends at Turkish Class. {#emotions_dlg.yes}

P.S. -- I should apologize for the sideways photo. If anyone can help me set it right, please let me know.

as you see, they are forwarding you to a fake url (web address). maybe there is a right click and/or copy protection. if you share the full url, i may find the right picture locations and insert the pictures here.

Do you still not see the pictures, ikicihan? I can see them on the thread. They are pictures that I took, so they do not have a url. They are not on another web site. They are just jpgs of mine. ... Maybe this will not work after all. ... Sorry.

If they don´t have an url we can´t see them. You can upload them to flickr site and this way you can share them with us.
