That´s something like: as if? 

It is often used with "olmak" and can be translated as you say "as if"

You watch a documentary about Brasil and later you say "Brezilya´ya gitmiş kadar oldum".

Another example:

- Kusura bakma. Doğumgününde sana hediye veremedim.

- Önemli değil. Vermiş kadar oldun.

- Excuse me. I did not give you any gift for your birthday.
