What about " gramery " . It is old English. This is close to Turkish way of spelling that word. So ,it will keep everyone "merry".

gramarye ? ----> Middle English gramarie, probably from Old French gramaire, grammar
During the dark ages, it was thought that a person who could read or write was a conjurer or magician, and this type of magic was called gramarye.
That "e" in the end will do .

Actually after looking for your word it would seem both are correct but either way we don´t use them and sounds like granary to me
