Can someone explain to me the usage of ´´olmak´´? I think its meaning it´s a bit complicated

I will tell you how I have understood it, Efi70.

In ordinary noun sentences as we know ol- does not show but the ek fiil is used. In the negative değil comes to the sentence.

                             Biz zenginiz/zengindik.

                             Biz zengin değiliz/değildik.

The verb stem ol- is called for help basically for two reasons:

1. When we have some grammatical markers in our hands and those markers cannot be attached to a noun/adjective. Such as ACAK (future), YOR (progressive), MALI (necessity), ABIL (ability). ol- is imported to the sentence just to carry those suffixes.

                            Biz zengin ol|acağ|ız.

2. If ol- is brought in for other reasons it doesn´t mean ´to be´ any more but ´to become´. Compare: 

                           Biz zengindik. ´We were rich.´

                           Biz zengin olduk. ´We became rich.´ 

Turks can explain this better, and moreover, give better examples. Anyway good luck with it...

There are some phrasal expressions derived of  " olmak " such as ;

oldum olası  ---> This means something like " kendimi bildim bileli " [Since I ´ve known myself " ,  always , never.

Oldum  olası  onu  hiç sevmem --->  I never liked him/her.

Oldum olası kızarım bu tür şeylere ---> I always get angry with this kind of things.

" Oldum bittim "  --> means the same as "oldum olası"

That´s right. You can use olmak with after adjectives.

After any adjective? or there are some special adjectives we can use with ´´olmak´´?

You can use it after  any adjective  as long as  the adjective can be used with   "to be"  or  "to become" 

Mesela ;

Tembel  olmak -  to  become  [to be ] lazy

 Tembel  olmak istemiyorum ---> I don´t want to be lazy.

============

Güzel  olmak - to be [to become ]  beautiful [nice, fine, good]

Her şey  güzel olacak bir gün. ---> One day  everything will be fine.

Güzel olmak istiyor musun ? --->  Do you want to be [become] beautiful ? 

   ============

Yeşil  olacak - it will be green.

Bu duvarlar  yeşil  olacak  --->  These walls will be in green. [colour]
