Quoting Kelowna

what about meeting and taking a small private tour as a group to the Princess Islands for a day and those that have been already can share their knowledge of the island too

it is easier to meet all of us somewhere in Kadıköy, Kabataş or Eminönü and go all together to Islands...

İSTANBUL LYCRA

I am sure you are all familiar with LYCRA. Check out İstabul LYCRA, while in İstanbul.

You might even meet the inventor himself, if you are lucky.

I think  in this meeting we should aim a little higher than just appearing at the same time in a public place and say hello. It should be worth one´s while. I have an idea about it but we need at least one local Istanbul expert to make it become reality. Let´s see if someone volunteers (this may be your opportunity, thehandsom).

March 15-16. Start looking for airline tickets.

I will write more about my thoughts in a few days.

I always thought I am a good guide especially for Istanbul actually. But I have missed many opportunities and I do not think missing another one is going to be a huge loss. But thank you anway

But I have to say the trip to the islands seems very intriguing and makes you think a little bit..

Another meeting point!

The easiest place to find, there is only one in whole turkey. Also it is in the city center. I have no idea where we can go afterwards...

I would go for the center of -old- universe: milion stone.

"It was the starting-place for measurement of distances for all the roads leading to the cities of the Byzantine Empire"

It is just across Hagia Sophia

What are you trying to say with your sexist posts AlphaF? That what we are trying to do here is worthless and rubbish? Or?

There is always a thin border between ´being lively and interesting´  and ´being banal´ when ´dropping hints´ in these subjects. Lol
