Seems Turkish Police can beat you up for smoking during Ramadan

can anyone tell me everything police are saying in this video?

 

Dün İstiklal’de yaşanan polis müdahalesi sırasında amatör kameralaa yansıyan bir diğer ilginç görüntü de polisin sigara içen gence küfürlü tepkisi oldu. Gencin elindeki sigaraya da Ramazan tepkisi gösteren polisler bir süre sonra yaşananların kayıt altına alındığını fark ederek görüntüleri silmek istedi… Sosyal medyada paylaşılan bu görüntüler herhangi bir vatandaşın hiçbir suçu olmamasına rağmen polis şiddetine maruz kalabileceğinin açık delillerinden biri.

It is about police being heavy hands with some young people who are smoking during the day outside. My question is why has religious views and ideas become part of the Turkish law to the point a police officer feels he has the power to control what others do regarding this?
