Practising as a doctor in Turkey

Hey, I was just wondering how easy it is to practice as a doctor in Turkey these days? I´m a medical student in the UK and trying to learn Turkish at the moment so i have considered it. My father is Turkish so I´m not a complete foreigner... I´m asking based on the assumption that I am a fluent speaker, just having not qualified in Turkey.

I´ve read recently that there is a doctor shortage in Turkey and that they are recruiting doctors from Greece... but with the language barrier I don´t know whether these doctors are being given language training, or must speak Turkish already.

I have read that public hospitals are completely off-limits to foreign doctors but private hospitals aren´t. Yet Turkish people I know tell me that doctors are always in-demand in Turkey. So many conflicting views {#emotions_dlg.confused}

According to what I read here you should get a document from YOK that shows your diploma is recognised and you should know Turkish to apply for a job. In one year time after you start working you must pass Turkish language exam with B degree. In the past they wanted B level Turkish immediately to apply for the job but now they give you one year time for it.

Here is told what to do to get a recognition for your diploma. But it is in Turkish and I cant find an English translation and some links dont work. You should apply using diploma recognation system but it says it is not working now because of a maintenance.

Here is another page if you want to apply using manual application form :
