When people cannot any longer make use of you, like they could before, they will say that you have changed.

People think you have changed when they can not manipulate you.

Shorter - but I think there´s difference between meanings in both translations. Can "değiştiğinizi söylerler" here mean "they will THINK (consider you to) have changed"?
