After searching nearly everywhere I´m still unable to understand about the eligibility requirement in Turkish universities for a non-Turkish student. 

Can anyone of you help me in it? It´ll be so kind if you can provide me any information or link.

you have to have an international pre-universities qualification for that! such as Cambridge A-Level, IB matriculation, AUSMAT and etc. if you dont have it, you must sit for YOS (university entrance test for international students). there are preparation classes provided for this. one of the best and recommended school is Metropol Eğitim Kurumları
