Could you please correct my below translation?

I am sending you positive energy to help you to manage everything.

Sana pozitif enerji yolluyorum her şeyi iyi idare etmek.

be strong. Everything will be good.

Metin ol. Her şey iyi olacak.

Many thanks.

* It is better to use SOV order in which the verb [yolluyorum] is placed in the end.

Herşeyin  üstesinden gelmen için sana pozitif enerji yolluyorum.

be strong. Everything will be good.

Metin ol. Her şey iyi olacak.  ----->  This is correct.

* Good ! I´ve just changed the verb  "to manage" into  " üstesinden gelmek -->  to deal with,to handle,to overcome"

I used  " to deal with, to succeed in dealing with something [problems, hardships] "  instead of to manage. It does sound more sense.

 It does sound more sense.

Hi Tunci, I understood what you wanted to say, but the sentence above doesn´t work with the words you used. You can say

It makes more sense (it gives the meaning intended, it is a better translation)

It sounds better (it is a more natural way to say it)

I hope you don´t mind my correction Smile

I can help you this way:

http://www.turkishclass.com/turkish_lesson_319

http://www.turkishclass.com/turkish_lesson_322

üst (overside, onside) (nominative)

"üste" is a word that is too but really too rarely used.

üste+le+mek--------------->üstelemek, ısrar etmek (to insist)

üste+i(possessive)+den(ablative)----->üstesinden (direct: from its "üste") Sorry but I can translate it into English just this way.

üstesinden gelmek (to manage, to overcome, to surmount) (direct: to come from its overside)

gel+me(verbal noun)-------->gelme (coming) (from now on, it is a noun)

gel+me+n(possessive)------>gelmen (direct: your coming)

... için (for ...)

benim için (for me)

yarın için (for tomorrow)

sınav için (for the exam)

ailemiz için (for our family)

gelmen için (so that you come) (direct: for your coming)

üstesinden gelmen için (so that you overcome) (direct: for your overcoming)

her şey+in(genitive) üste+i(possessive)---->her şeyin üstesi ("üste" of everything)

her şeyin üstesinden gelmen için (so that you overcome/manage everything (direct: for your coming from overside of everything))

her şeyin üstesinden gelmen için yardım etmek (to help you so that you overcome everything)

=her şeyin üstesinden gelmene yardım etmek ["yardım etmek" is used with the dative case] (direct: to help your overcoming from overside of everything)) imagine this is a noun

her şeyin üstesinden gelmen için yardım etmek için (so as to help you so that you overcome everything)

=her şeyin üstesinden gelmene yardım etmek için

(two "için" may disturb the ear)

yol (1road, 2way)

yol+la+mak--------------------------->yollamak (to send (direct: to give something/someone a road so that it/he goes))

göndermek, yollamak (to send)

mesaj göndermek=mesaj yollamak (to send a message)

Sana her şeyin üstesinden gelmene yardım etmek için pozitif enerji yolluyorum. (I´m sending you positive energy to help you to manage everything.)

We usually say people "metin ol" when someone of them is dead. But it always means the same as "güçlü ol" of course.
