İyi=good

iyilik=goodness

senden=from you

ne haber=what´s up (what news?)

The ´lik´ suffix can sometimes be compared to the ´ness´ suffix in English (in a state of), but not always (eg gözlük = spectacles)

mutlu + luk = mutluluk (happiness)

iyi + lik = iyilik (goodness, kindness, good health)

sağlık (healthiness, good health)

and the Turks have a colloquial expression when asked How´s it going, How are you?

iyilik sağlık - everything´s going well

senden naber? = senden ne haber? literally What´s the news from you? How are things going?

(sorry, I have seen Turkish 2412 had already answered as well)
