ben iyiyim, sen nasılsın=i am good, how are you

but don´t get why is there görmeyeli in the end?

or for example i saw (nasılsın görüşmeyeli) why is there görüşmeyeli in the end?

My thoughts:

I think the questioner wants a little more information about how have you been since we last chatted/met/saw each other, rather than the simpler question.

Nasılsın? = How are you?

Nasılsın görüşmeyeli? = How have you been since (during) the time we have not seen each other?

görüşmeyeli = from the time that we have last met

görmeyeli = from the time that wa have last seen each other

So it makes sense when you say

"How are you from the time we have last met" which is like "any news?"..
