-az mI  as " alot, many, much "

Sometimes , -mI may used with "az", meaning the action is performed alot in the past. It may look contradicting in itself, but again, mathematic side of  Turkish works. [if we consider "az" as negative]

Negative + Negative = Positive statement

Az mı +  Negative verb in past tense = Positive statement

- Az mı Türkçe çalışmadım o yıllarda !  ---> I studied Turkish so much in those years !

- Az mı gelmedim buralara !  ---> I came here so many times !

- Öğrenciyken az mı gitmedik o kafeye ! ---> We went to that cafe alot when we were student.

- Bu konuda az mı öğüt vermedim ona !---> I gave him/her so much advice on this issue!

[ I adviced him/her so many times about that !]
