Is Doner Kebab a German phrase or a Turkish phrase?

A new restaurant has opened in our area and is advertising Doner Kebab as a type of German street food, flatbread filled with roasted meats, vegatables and sauces.

It´s Turkish - you can check it here (one of examples): http://www.turkishdictionary.net/?word=d%F6ner

Notice that in Turkish it is kebap, not kebab.
