Üniversiteyi Yeni Kazanan Öğrencilerimizin Dikkatine!

2014 yılı LYS sonucuna göre Üniversitemize Kayıt hakkı kazanıp, Öğrenci Yurtlarımıza kayıt yaptırmak isteyen yeni öğrencilerin 18 – 22 Ağustos 2014 tarihleri arasında www.yurtkayit.itu.edu.tr adresinden online olarak ön başvurularını yapmaları gerekmektedir.

Yurt kayıt hakkı kazananların KESİN KAYIT yaptırabilmeleri için gerekli dökümanlara birimimiz web sayfalarından (www.yurtburs.itu.edu.tr,  www.yurtkayit.itu.edu.tr  ulaşılabilir.

İstenilen evrakların web sayfalarımızda ilan edilen tarihler arasında yurt müdürlüklerine teslim edilmesi gerekmektedir.

Bilgilerinize sunulur. 

NOT: Yurt ön başvuru sonuçları ASİL ve YEDEK listeler halinde web sayfalarımızdan ilan edilecektir. 

What I can make of it it says fill out the form at the said address i dont get where to send the form though. Can anyone tell me that after reading it?

The form is an on line one. You don´t print it and send it off. You have to fill it in on line.

They also say that:

* the documents that you also have to submit must be submitted to the management of the dorm between the dates shown on the web (they don´t say the dates here)

* the results of the application (both those allotted places in the dorm (yurt) and those waitlisted) will be posted on line.

I had a quick look at the site. Basically it seems you have to set up an ID (needing your TC no - Turkish ID number) and then enter to get all th information. These are the boxes on the right:
