I am looking for Turkish dictionaries (programs) especially with phonetic. Please help me.

Turkish is a very consistent language in terms of phonetics. If you are working on your pronounciation, one idea - just type the word in google translate and click the speaker. I think it´s pretty good.

You can find it on google. So, you can choose from there exactly what you need...

i dont agree, Google translator is very bad.

You can use TDK for that
