Hi Friends.. Could you please translate this to Turkish!

where is this flat located exactly? Which floor is it on? Are you the owner? I am student and working. Would you offer it for TL1400? That is my maximum budget per month, I want to rent for 6 months.

Thank you

Sara

Here is my attempt. It won´t be great but understandable. You can use it if you are in a rush. Hopefully someone with stronger Turkish can provide feedback.

Bu apartman tam olarak nerede?

Hangi kat?

Sahip misiniz?

Ben öğrencim ve ben çalışıyorum.

TL1400 iyi mi?

Bu maksimum bütçem.

Ben altı ay için o kiralamak istiyorum.

Edit:

Thanks Kedi Nero, öğrencim is definitely wrong, should be öğrenciyim.

Bu daire tam olarak nerede? Hangi katta? Sahibi siz misiniz? Ben çalışan bir oğrenciyim. Benim için biraz indirim yapar mısınız? 1400TL iyi mi? Daha fazla ödeyemeyeceğim. Altı aylığına kiralamak istiyorum.
