My mother has a red book international marriage certificate with my father. Is this all she will need to gain the right to live in Turkey when we move there (İNŞALLAH) this year?
Or does she need a kimlik or Turkish passport?

Thanks in advance and sorry that i havent been online here for a while.. A lot of you know the situation here and we are now fixing up the house ready to sell so we can move to ... guess where??

No, she does not need a Turkish passport. My mother has lived without it for 30 years in Turkey without any problem. Marriage is enough.
