What does Buro or Biro mean in turkish ?Can anyone help?

What does Buro or Biro mean in the following sentences??I only know"buro" in turkish means office, but I don´t know what does it means in the following situtation. I only figure it out that it maybe used between close friends,but not sure what is the meaning.I just make some examples as below, Please help me to translate the sentences and whats the relationship ??.Thanks a lot!!

1.gece bi harikaydi yikilanda olmadi adamlarda gayet memnundu buro üzülm

2.Hahaha canimsiniz ) biroo sen nesin acaba

3.BENCEDE BUROOOO

4.Biz kankayiz buro ne olcaz len biz Hahaha

5.Sorun yok buro öldüm dirildim

6.Saol burocum haklisinn

Buro mean is "bro" in English

Also could be abbrevation of name like Burak, Burhan, etc...

Does it used between very close friends??only for male or female or both?
