"Alakart" comes from French to Tukish. Usually use in restaurants for the menu. It mean they dont have cooked meal, you will choose your meal from the menu and then they will prepare for you. Correction for your sentence is ;

"Bizde öyle hazır (yemek) yok. Herşey alakartta."

This is what confused me in the first place, what has alakartta to do with partying in a club?

It´s not just used for food. It just means: at your request, just how you like it. You ask, I will give you.
