I think "Mamit" here is a funny way to pronounce the male given name "Mahmut".

"Come along, Mamit, we have heart." (The heart of an animal, to eat, just like many other parts.)

Man, the heart is a good excuse for good chat with friends! (Sohbet: talk, chat, conversation. "... bahane, ... şahane" is a frequently used slang idiom, mainly for its ryhme.)
