haftaunuz nasildi?= have you had a good week?

hafta sonunuz nasıldı?= how was your weekend?

haftanuz nasıldi?= how was your weekend?

(bugün) gününüz nasıldı= how was your day (today)?

You could also say ´nasıl geçti´ instead of nasıldı. I think that´s more common.

´unuz´ is the polite form like ´vous´ in French. Use for older people/relatives.

´un´ is the ´friends´ form like ´tu´ in French.

So you can leave ´uz´ out if it´s a friend.

Correct, only:

"Haftanız nasıldı?"

Vowel harmony. Cool

Hope it was helpful,
