I think starting by translating will be a poor but ok way to start, although I think its best to find a course in how to think and feel like a Turk in 10 days. That will probably also provide you with instant knowledge of Turkish politics, economics and football which is essential if you ever want to have a meaningful conversation.

Ofcourse there will be a piece of apple pie for you, with hagelslag.

Also you can use TDK for explanations of some word. Just type word you want to know and you will see explanations.

1. Aşırı and acayip are commonly used in colloquial language.

I love you too much=Seni acayip/aşırı seviyorum.

You are too cute= Aşırı/acayip tatlısın. (fazla could also work here)

Also, I would say "fazla" usually has a negative meaning when you´re not using it in this sense.

2. too much= "çok fazla" or simply "çok"

That´s too much for me= (Benim için/Bana) çok. /çok fazla.

3. I´m so tired= Öyle yorgunum ki..

This is the most accurate translation, you won´t hear it very often though.

´I love you too much´ is not a common expression in English. You would say ´I love you so much´.

2. As said before, çok or çok fazla mostly mean ´a lot´ or ´very much´ and only sometimes ´too much´ but then it would have to be clear from the context, like your example. Whereas ´too´ is always overly and hardly used like ´you´re too cute´. 

3. ´so´ doesn´t mean ´so much that´ in this expression. ´So´ has a meaning of its own which is not like öyle - ki, so much that... You don´t say it to establish the fact that you are tired/love someone. They already know it but this is a special moment to emphasize it. Actually in Turkish then you would use çok, if I may believe Aşkın Bedeli. =))
