Nope not a dream, just by reducing calories. I went onto fitnesspal and it tracks everything you eat. My calories for the day (from fitnesspal) are 1540 calories (I´m not allowed over that amount) but 9 times out of 10 I´m eating under 1000 calories. Some people would say that under 1000 calories is unrealistic but I am eating but just careful what I am eating, eating reduced sugar/salt foods and it brings the calories down.

And thanks for the translation much appreciated

You can try it yourself and see for yourself

Log into fitnesspal and sign up with your height, weight and how much you want to lose and your target weight.

I am allowed 1540 calories a day, this is to lose 1lb a week. But half the time I´m not reaching 1540 calories a day, normally it´s alot under. And I´m not starving myself. I´m eating 3 meals a day plus a snack in the evening (if I feel I want). I´m just controlling more what I eat ... for instance weight watchers meals are filling but good on calories

Just try it if you feel you want to lose a few kilos. Fitnesspal, is the best app I´ve found there is

I get the calorie thing but it won´t last in the end. Believe me I know the struggle If you lose weight by only reducing calories, then after a while you will gain more than ever. The right way to loose it is

1. stop taking refined sugar & lessen alcohol (= sugar too)

2. exercise, exercise, exercise, 3x a week for an hour is good

3. dramatically lessen carbonhydrates, replace by veggies and a bit of fruit

4. more protein and good fats

5. water, water, water

6. have a plan, be patient.

(Do ALL of the above)

If you want quick results: do a protein diet, drink lots of water and exercise carefully 6x a week. (the shakes you are taking are also protein based I assume)

But quick results won´t last. You need to change your metabolism the right way and change your life style to make it last. I did Kayla Itsines Bikini body for a while, it´s really good. Now I just run 3x a week for an hour or so. I can eat everything.

But good luck anyways, you still have some weeks to get into that bikini
